The Big Journey in the Sky
SkySafari’s epic 12-night East Africa itinerary encompasses the very best of two Africa safari giants – Kenya & Tanzania
The carefully curated SkySafari East Africa itinerary is the ultimate safari of a lifetime. From world renowned National Parks including the Masai Mara, Amboseli, Serengeti and Ngorongoro Crater to lesser-known wildlife gems such as the Loisaba Conservancy, this seamless East Africa experience is the pinnacle in maximising on the best wildlife viewing in both Kenya and Tanzania.
The complimentary nature of the East Africa Journey means that no few days are the same. Guests will experience vastly different landscapes and travel through multiple eco-systems experiencing savannahs, wetlands and forest, sometimes in the same day. The wildlife viewing remains varied but exceptional throughout. In Kenya’s Loisaba Conservancy, guests will be treated to some of the indigenous Northern species including Grevy’s zebra, reticulated giraffe and Somali ostrich. Amboseli National Park delivers on some of the best elephant sightings, often framed by the magnificent Mount Kilimanjaro whereas the Masai Mara and the Serengeti combined, present an opportunity to witness the great migration, depending on where it is at the time of year that guests travel.
As well as a plethora of wildlife, the SkySafari East Africa itinerary also offers guests an equally varied and enticing selection of luxury properties. From opulent tented camps to spacious Cape Dutch style villas and plantation suites, every night will be a memorable one. Likewise, throughout the journey every property will offer an exceptional culinary experience, with each property adapting their menus to incorporate local dishes using nearby produce and ingredients, often picked fresh from the on-site gardens.
